All the stuff in our store, if it comes with sizes, please do allow that there might be 2 to 5cm difference because of different measurements. We would appreciate your understanding. Please don’t give us negative feedback or open dispute because of the difference in this.

We would try our best to improve every products in our store. But if it happens that the stuff is out of stock because of stock changing, please we would appreciate your understanding in this.

About Product
All our products are same as what photos show. (Please accept that there would be minor difference because of light in photographing.) What you see is what you would get. If you care details a lot, please check our detailed photos as carefully as possible. We are trying our best to offer you the all-around photos of our product.
About Shipping Address
Please make sure the address you put when placing orders in Aliexpress.com is right. We would ship item to the address left in Aliexpress.com. If it happens that you want to change the address, please write in Aliexpress.com order note.
About Payment Methods
We accept Alipay Escrow, Western Union, T/T(Bank Transfer) and Money Gram. You could choose any of these payment methods and ask us to send you the payment details.
About Package
All our products would be examined before shipping and would be well packed in case it would be damaged in shipping.
About Shipping Methods and Shipping Days
Upon receiving your order, we would arrange shipment within 3 days. If you would like us to ship by China Post Air Mail which is free, it would take longer time to arrive. It is about 15 to 30 days. (Attention: Turkey and Brazil buyers please don’t choose this method since it can’t arrive in Turkey and Brazil.) If you would like to get the item more quickly, you could choose DHL or EMS. Take USA as an example, it would take about 5 to 7 days to arrive by EMS and 3 to 5 days by DHL. If you would like to track your order, you could go to the order details or E-mail us for checking. Once we ship out the parcel, the shipping company controls when the parcel to be shipped. So please wait for the parcel to arrive. If it takes longer than expect, please tell us and we would check and hurry shipping company.
About Feedback
Feedbacks are very important to us. Once you have received the product from us, we would appreciate it if you leave positive feedback (5 stars) in our store. But if you are not satisfied with our product, you could contact with us firstly before leaving feedback. We would appreciate it if you don’t leave negative feedback without telling us. We would try our best to give solution once you said the buying experience is not as good as expected. Communication is very important. You could show us the positive feedbacks you made to us once you would like to place more orders with us. We would give you discount on products in the future orders.
About Changing Sizes or Colors or Styles
Once you receive the product from us, please have a try. But please make sure you the shoes are in good conditions because if the size is too big or too small you could exchange with us. We only do exchange when the product is not damaged or used to be resold. Please inform us when you would like to do exchange. If you would like to change because of size or color or style, you need to pay for the shipping fees to ship back the former one and for us to ship you the new one. But please make sure you are sure about the sizes or colors or styles before buying to lower inconvenience to both you and us.
About Returning Product
- If the returning is caused when there is problem in our product, we would bear the shipping fees. But we would need your help to offer us photos for us to know that the products are bad in quality.
- If the returning is caused only when buyers are not satisfied with styles or colors or any other reasons that is not regarding to quality, buyers should bear the shipping cost.
Please inform us before sending back products so that we could receive the product without problems. Please use box to pack the product so that it won’t be damaged while shipping. And please do understand that we do the refund once we receive the product back. And we can’t refund when the product is bad for reselling.
